a baby quilt

Well I showed you some blocks and chenille and that was going to be one of my projects while away.............while grabbing things out I found these blocks left over from another quilt and after a quick late night shopping phone call and pics emailed to Kerry she slipped back into the shop and grabbed me some cream chenille and a border fabrics to put this quilt together..........
Supposed to be a babies quilt but it has turned out a bit bigger anyway it means it will last a lot longer........
Dale has very kindly taken it home to quilt for me........thanks so much.........
A busy day today loading and unloading pavers that Mr Chookyblue picked up at a clearing sale for a bargain.......it has been quite awhile since he brought home something very useful.........
.....then out to lunch for a friends birthday.....
so a mixed day but I still have have a warm fuzzy feeling from my weekend with such wonderful people............thanks Cardygirl, Miss E, Kerry, Peg, Dale, Miss N and Miss Jules, Tooth Fairy.............Fairy Girl also got to go for part of the weekend and she was SOOOOOOO excited and had a ball..........she did some sewing too so will show you that shortly............

I need a detox from food...........we ate so much.............breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, nibbles, main and dessert...........late night chocolate...............OMG seriously excess of delicious food..........

More show and tell later...............
Catch you later
