wattle..........

when I have to manhy favourites I just have to share.............these pics are from the weekend........
my wattle tree is in a mass of flower........
bees buzzing everywhere.........

The temps today and the next couple are double last weeks temps so summer is on it's way............and more rain is forecast.............

Don't you just love the wattle!!! That brilliant splash of colour and those gawjus teeny tiny pom poms. Just beautiful!! We've got a couple just over the fence in the bush and I love the view from my kitchen window when the wattle is blooming :o)!!

I've never seen a wattle tree before. It is so pretty. Seems strange that you are blooming there and we are heading into fall.

So it is Spring time there. That is a beautiful tree. I've never seen one before.
Our temperatures have become a wee bit milder in the last week or so, we'll be entering Autumn Soon.

I love your blooming wattle tree. It reminds me of many good trips to Spain in february. This tree don't grow in Denmark. For you it is the first day of Spring. Lucky you. For me it is the first day of the Winter season.

Looks lovely this wattle tree. I have never seen it for real, though.Lovely pics you are taking,the little bee seems to have a great time. I love September! Great month up here in North of the World!! Definitely Autumn: fresh air,lovely colours day by day,maybe freezing temp during the night and of course cozy indoor for quilting :-)

Loved the pictures of the wattle -- I had never heard of this tree. It reminds me of a tree that blooms here in the spring -- I'll try to find a picture of it to share with you.
You are looking forward to spring and I am dreaming of fall and some cool weather! We did get rain today, compliments of tropical storm Hermine.
It made land far south of us but brought in moisture from the gulf. Still more rain expected the rest of the week.
