......head over and wish her well in her new addiction............

Now for LuRkErS (wikipedia agrees you are called a lurker) out there..............it is easy to "de-lurk" and start your own blog............super easy.............head here

Apparently Wikipedia tells me about 90% of the people who visit here are LURKERS..............come on pop you head in and say hi...........
leave a comment here as to why you would start a blog......
what you love about blogging................
.........take care til next time.....Chookyblue.........

Better to be a lurker than a spammer! ;)

I do a lot of lurking but I also blog. I add comment on many blogs. Some I would like to really tell them how I feel but to much a lady.I read your blog often and always enjoy hearing about your comings and goings.

I love to blog, it is my diary about my quilting sometimes I look back and say oh yeah where is that project i better finish it. I don`t like writing with a pen but love to type so blogging helps with that.
I do lurk as well as post. I lurk when I see many comments so that the author doesn`t feel she has to answer us all and she has time to sew. I comment sometimes and don`t know how to say only 3 or 4 words maybe that is the problem I am a chatter box..VBG

I've been blogging for almost 5 years! I can't imagine not blogging now and every time I think "right I'm giving it up" something pulls me back to it!

Hi Chooky, Yep I am a lurker. I love to "lurk" or read blogs as I call it.Have thought about starting a blog but i have too many sewing projects I need to do. I love reading blogs it like picking up a book each night and reading the next chapter.I've laughed and cried with many bloggers. Keep up the great work, oh yeah I like your photos. Sorry that I don't comment every time but I don't want to create extra work for you.(Some bloggers feel obligated to reply every comment)

I am a semi lurker, always here but do comment as and when I can :-) OOh I love blogging for the inspiration it brings me, the way it has made me see things afresh as I can record it on my blog and the way it creates something for my family to read when they all grow up :-) x

Not really a lurker but saying hi anyway just to show that I really do read each and every post even though I don't comment on all of them.
Off to check out your new bloggy friend.

I loved being a lurker, but being a blogger is better! My blog has brought me a sewing group of friends which was missing before. Every blog can inspire and change perspective.

Questions for the 21st Century:If I read a lot and comment a little am I still a lurker?
I've got my blog and I suppose I started it because I wanted to write about what I do, and I thought "if they can do it so can I"...Maybe there is a little bit of vanity in all of us that we hope there will be someone out there who would like to read what we say...and a little bit of nosiness as we like to peek into others lives too...and the other thought I have is that it's so nice to know that there are so many of us in the world who love life, craft, fabric, have wicked senses of humour and all those normal things in the world...just like us!

I started my "internet life" as a lurker, but it wasn't long until I just wanted to join in. So I guess that's why I started commenting first and then blogging. Now I blog because I just love having a record of my life. A patchy, somewhat censored record (I don't really record my worst moments, lol!) but more of a record than I would have without my blog! Plus, my grandchildren LOVE to look at it!

I love to visit your blog and see what you have been making, and it was from reading lots of lovely blogs like this one that I finally jumped and started my own. So thank you for encouraging another so we all can enjoy!

Admission: I am basically a lurker apart from KMcDU blog. I WILL start my own blog because I need to get some UFO's done and it might be the GUILT trip I need. Love YOUR blog!

I have enjoyed reading and looking at your blog and have just become a follower. I hesitate about leaving comments on the older and more popular blogs (like yours :) ) because I don't want to intrude, if that makes sense?? So I was very brave today and I do love your blog. Wendy
