I hear you Chooky. Travel just kills my week days too. Asleep by 9.00 pm nights. Kills me that I don't get to stitch at night now. Means no stress relief too. Trying to get a few finishes done over the weekend. You take care and enjoy the long weekend coming up x

Wow, that's a lot of travelling, Chooky. No wonder you're tired. Love your hexie flowers and those dough sticks look yummy. Bloody cold here, soup and scones for tea tonight along with some knitting and some good Kiwi rugby on telly.

I don't travel well these days either. It takes us longer to get over it. Is the dough like damper ? Looks delicious.

Sometimes I think it is possible to get jet lag from driving around the countryside, especially when it includes quick trips to Sydney......I hope it was for something fun. My phone screen is always my latest finish, love those hexies.

Oh boy does this post hit home. I have had a very crazy busy year, including putting my mom in an assisted living care facility. I have been suffering the toll in has taken for over a week. I'm beginning to feel human again though. Love your hexies. I am currently hooked on them. Nice quiet work

I know...20th!...ridiculous!! Susan described it perfectly...like jet lag! but when did that start to kick in, it used to be so darn easy to just cover heaps of kms and not notice...not so much now though :(

I can understand as I seem to be in the car playing taxi these days. Will be a little better with school holidays coming up and my son going back to work on light duties next week but that's life as a Mum and you just go with it. Hope things settle down for you soon. Hugs.......

I’m not much of a traveller, but I understand it can be killing. Blogging is fun, when you have the time and the drive to write a blogpost, if now, so be it. I’ve adapted to a very slow blogging pace and I only blog wen I’ve something to show or talk about. Take care!!
