Beautiful photo! I used to love the Aggi shows in the town I came from. My sister and brother in law are farmers (dairy) and I know how hard they work and have done for many years. Happy National Agriculture Day.

I am beginning to appreciate the sheer hard slog physically and mentally it takes to be a farmer! People in the suburbs really need to appreciate what it takes to produce food and appreciate those who produce so we can eat.
You guys really really rock!

I grew up visiting my cousins farms in shepparton. We would go up every school holiday and would help doing different chores each season. Lambing, shearing, tailing and dagging, milking the house cow and squirting the farm cats in the eye with the milk. helping round up the cows and the sheep. driving the Ute when I was barely big enough to see over the wheel and would stand to reach the accelerator! the women would be in the kitchen cooking up a storm all day for the workers and I got to chase the chooks in my spare time.
