Matching colours........

Wow what a difference today....... This year we have not had a day under 34........today it is only just 27......feels like heaven......
The Bird on the Border has flown in and we are sewing away...... Actually not a lot of sewing for me yet but lots of prep work to keep sewing my 10 mins each day.......
A quick trip to the Home Patch and a sale saw me getting the setting triangle fabric for the churn dash quilt..(plus some other treasures)... So that is cut along with the corner stones.... Also cutting some bindings.......
But colour coordinated drinks is the go......
Catch you later.....

Just make sure to leave plenty of time between consuming the liquid red & stitching the fabric red! What a relief for you to get a cooler day after all those hot ones.

Your choice of color and pattern is wonderful. Glad your temps are more comfortable.

Good job, cutting is both the most important part and the most tedious one! Can't wait to see the finished top. Your 10 minutes is really working for you!

How nice to have Jenny dropping in to sew with! Yes, temps did drop - we even ended up with jackets on yesterday morning!

A very social few dates for you. It’s great that you now have the fabric to finish off the quilt top.

Yay! I love a great fabric sale. I try to keep of list of things I need such as quilt backing, bindings, etc so I buy things I need besides things I want.

You are achieving so much Chooky. I am trying to do 10 minutes in the sewing room each day too as I love the hand work on the couch so much that it is a chore to machine things.....and thus finish them. I have gone back to my Scandinavian Rose quilt and the last block is being pieced a little each day. Thanks for the motivation.

It was so nice to catch up in January when it is only 27 degrees. Great weather for visiting and sewing.
