100kms........

Pretty pleased with myself tonight......
I have done 100kms walking this month for March Charge..........thats walking that I have tracked as specific walking...........
Do you do regular exercise?
Being active can help avoid cancer.......

Oh well done! That's quite an achievement and March still has more days to go yet. I track mine which then links up with Run Down Under .......it tells me I should make it around Australia in the year 2039 at my current pace ....... lol, I may need to ramp that up a bit hahahaha

Adding to that ...... I just did the calculations - looks like you are averaging around 5.5km every day! That's no mean task with some of the weather we've had, and around about 45mins each day to fit into your schedule!! Very impressive given you work as well!

I walk most mornings but with the shorter days it’s getting harder....
Wonder if work will let me start at 10 so I can fit my walk in? Hmmmm

Well done! Nope, can't say I exercised much this winter. So unlike me, but in my defense it was so bloody cold. I don't mind the cold, it was the wind, whipping you in the face! But spring "should" soon be here and I will get back to my running 3.3 km a day. Cheers!
