Now I am the furthest person you could find with cattle knowledge but the partner of my cousin in Tasmania is a well known breeder of these beautiful animals and I've heard and seen a lot about them. Last week they sent me articles from the local gazette about twins born recently on their property. <br />Now I have to study up on Oreo and see if I can find the one other readers are commenting on. Being a city person I was surprised to hear my cousin actually "schools" the cattle each morning leading up to Agfest so they know how to behave.Janie Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00081821029705065252noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-222786315881803285.post-13123965941044998122017-06-15T09:06:26.929+10:002017-06-15T09:06:26.929+10:00I see you have an Oreo cow. The day...Even down south in Victoria we need rain. The days are glorious for June, but it is looking like a dry spring, which brings on other problems for summer. Our stock are being fed daily too although we have a green tinge, but as the cows are feeding calves, then the extra boost is required. It won't be long before our sheep lamb too, so with the extra mouths to feed, we also require rain for spring growth.Jill Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04957281463889598870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-222786315881803285.post-64409476595591197912017-06-15T07:58:13.709+10:002017-06-15T07:58:13.709+10:00Those babies are so cute...I too will hope for rai...Those babies are so cute...I too will hope for rain for you, it still looks dry. We had a good start before Anzac, but not so much since, crops are up, but a good rain is needed. Lovely photos, that tell the story well, and that last one, I remember that stuff coming down on me, when we worked in the dairy!jude's pagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00279289787140525023noreply@blogger.com
