Bits and pieces.....

My last birthday fat 1/4 swap arrived from Wendy this week hence the post......so I have added a few more bits below.......

My copy of Carols Quilters Companion DVD arrived......it uses the templates that I have.......not had a chance to view the DVD yet but I will soon..........it's on hand piecing........
and I got a couple of her 1/2 metre packs......these are great for getting bits of fabrics to add variation without buying big amounts...........Cherry Pie Designs thanks Carol...........
Block 12 arrived for Shiralee Stitches BOM Lucy packs..........
I love getting good mail.........i'll show the blocks I have done close up another day..........
12 blocks done to date.........got a few done while I was sick.........I had some prepared so just had to stitch..........i've barely stitched in the last month so was just working on what felt right at the time.........
All the SSCS swap partners have been emailed out.........sorry for the delay........
nothing else good happening here.......

  2. Lots of interesting bits and pieces. Your Lucy Boston is looking great. I haven't had a chance to watch the DVD yet either, but hand piecing is something I will leave to others. I just enjoying seeing how it is done. Looking forward to starting on the SSCS project. Thanks for getting us all sorted.
