I really like the first and second settings with the contrasting colours in the corner ... using the same colours in the corner always makes me think of crayfish claws. There were quite a few Lucy quilts in the Bendigo show ... it's such a beautiful block. What a lovely autumn day today ... going to be a lot cooler later in the week. Enjoy the cooler weather, Chooky - hope you get some rain.

I like them all, but I think the second one stands out for me. Hope you get some rain, we got an opening rain on Thursday and they say more on the way tomorrow. Got the wood all ready for the cold.

It would be hard to choose which way as all of these would be lovely to use!

I like 4 and 5 because the center looks like a cross. These look very challenging.

5 for me Chooky, Lucy is quite addictive it seems, have seen quite a few in different fabric ranges and they all look so good. All your choices are good, I just like the cross centre.

STOP! OMG I have to start a Lucy Boston! LOL! Love all those choices so much I think you should make them all - as a table runner. Well you did say you had enough for your quilt. I have been cutting scraps up into useable sizes and left aside all the striped fabrics that I though would make good fussy cutting....but your ability to fussy cut impresses me no end!

Nice to see you are 'lucying'.....I like number 3... but they're all nice, and it's hard to choose....by the way, you are the only 'addicted-to-Lucy' person I know (and i know heaps now..lol), that talks in terms of Lucy1 and Lucy2!!!......I think that makes you the MOST addicted!!!...hehe......

Sad to hear that GDITC is at and end but it sounds like you have all had a wonderful 10 years.
Two of our favourite quilt shops, one regional and one suburban, are closing down, in addition to others that have closed their doors in recent years. The landscape is changing.
Nothing stays the same but new opportunities appear. Not all bad!
Oh, 2 or 3 for me.

2 or 5 ... I particularly like their centres....all are beautiful

They are all beautiful, but 1 is my favorite. I have a few of these blocks started, but haven't visited them in quite some time. I think I'd enjoy making them better if I was EEPing them. After seeing how pretty all yours are, I might have to change horses in mid stream and get back to work on them. XO
