I know what it is. It is a little sprinkler head that is for putting an old style pop bottle to sprinkle water on clothes before ironing them. Am I right? If not - that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
how tall is it? a pepper shaker

what about something for french knitting and the nails are missing or something to wind a spool of thread onto?Jodie
