goodies..........

Sorry forgot to tell you about this stuff............so quickly.........before I disappear..........

First up we have my Polka Dot and Ric Rac swap present I sent to Simonette
in Italy.........it took awhile to get there but I know it is safe and sound
now............thanks heaps to Sharon - Red Geranium Cottage for running the
swap.......it was lots of fun.........

Then I have a little parcel from The Chocolate Cat..........Lise sent this
tiny wincy parcel........now that roll may look like a Jelly Roll but it is
a Sweet Roll....1.5 inchs wide and 10 fabrics from Aviary by 3 Sisters for
Moda........this is the cutest thing I have seen.......and there is a
pattern to used with the Sweet Roll..........Aviary Range reminds me of
Faded Memories so soft and pretty..........
She also enclosed a couple of other goodies and some chocolate (woops that's
gone) and then the buttons......

The buttons are all (ceramic/porcelain??? - delicate) and hand made and
painted by Lise's friend Robyn Allen Waters.....Lise handles all the retail
sales..........check out the website.......there are some really
cute/beautiful buttons there.......I got a ginger bread man and then 2 sorts
of animal ones.......there are chooks, cows, sheep and pigs.

NOTE from Lise that the buttons are not as fragile as they look and you can wash them....

&&&&&&&

Loulee has posted some Christmas trees.......does anyone else have 28 like Jacquie............let me know so I can come and visit..........

Take care til next time............Chookyblue.......

Hope you have a great week Chookyblue!

Thanks for mentioning my christmas header. My daughter thought mine was so good when she visited this morning that she has made a christmas header on her blog too. Go visit www.picklesticks.blogspot.com if you have a moment or two and see her picklesticks doing the christmas decorating!

lI'm interested to see what you make with your sweet roll. They are really cute. Almost too cute to pull apart. I picked up a few at the Quilt Market and am in the process of making up a quilt, my own design because I couldn't find many pattens yet because they are so new.
