So what's the alternative? I use Feddler on my iPad. I suppose I better find out if I can download it to my computer. I also use Google reader nearly every day.
I don't use google reader - I just put all the blogs I want to read on my sidebar and read from there - probably an old way to do it - but it works...(for me). Like all big organisations - they make a change before assessing the impact.
Saw this morning and thought corporate greed was sneaking into blogging, money will pop up somewhere and we will be charged for it. Signed the petition. Hope they tell us how we should read blogs now. I use Google Reader because it is so easy and you don't have to wait to load up peoples blogs. I am sure some people don't realise how much time it takes for their blog to load up. Lets hope somehow it all works out in the end.

Chooky, this is a really interesting issue, but a little confusing for me at the same time... I have never used Reader, I have always just clicked on the blog posts as they are listed to the right of my Reading List, you know how they are featured on Dashboard. I am just hoping that this facility remains! It will be interesting to read about what others do...
Hi Chooky I have transferred all mine to Bloglovin and it seems to be working well so far....bit different to reader. I am in the process of setting up a blog again....lol... Someone took over my old one!! Still fumbling through the setting up and have not posted anything yet... Will keep you posted :) Vanessa

I have just signed up for "Blog Lovin" should still work the same but transferring over the blogs I real will be some what painfull!
