46.1 and rising..........

Our record is 46.7  this could be broken very soon unfortunately...........and it's only 1pm.....
UPDATE 46.9 was the highest I have seen so far and the power is being funny.............gosh I hope we don't lose it.............
UPDATE 47.6 is a new record..........unfortunately............everything is struggling..............

Heaven help you! Its just 20C here today. These heatwaves around the country are a joke - except I bet you aren't laughing!

20 something and breezy here, Chooky - want to come to my place? Hope things are less hectic than in your last post - it's way too hot to so busy. Keep cool if you can and look after yourselves.

We just did a water run and it was 46 - bloody hot!!!

I put the thermometer outside at 20 to 5 in the afternoon and it went to 50!! Hasn't come back down yet so I guess I wrecked it! Desperate for rain here too...

Hoping the degrees drop soon, it has been around the 45 mark here for most of the lat couple of weeks.

Pretty B hot here in Brisbane too - but not complaining as a lot of people are far worse off - esp you and you get dust and have to go out in it as well.
Surely it will end soon - hopefully with a big downpour.
