Driving around over the last week.....the sky has been amazing...............
at the end of the road you can see the sun on a bright yellow canola crop..............
This is the wild variety called "rape"........doesn't get quite so yellow but it was stunning................

Checking out the big house dam yesterday with the bits of rain it is finally FULL............Party........so happy about this.............house water is secure for summer..........look at the big clear blue sky yesterday.........
yippee the papers for the BIG epp project have arrived.............and a new glue pen and Sandy added a bit of blue to put into my quilt...............

Beautiful sky! The canola always looks so pretty enmasse. Must be such a relief to have water security. Looks like you're all set with your new papers.
Great news about the level of water in the dam. Love your sky photos...always liked those paintings by John Constable with the mist amazing sky and cloud formations...English though.

Hi Chooky so glad your house dam is full,i always worry too as we have no town water and rely on 2 big tanks by the house for our water to run our house on.

It's such a good feeling when you know you have enough water. Everything seems just that much better.
We can always do with more rain, but it's good to see things looking up in your part of the world. Stitching on the deck looks divine.
