It is lovely fabric so no wonder you couldn't resist it! Lol. A little while ago you wrote a post about your beautiful jacaranda trees in flower...I was just blown away by the thought of so many of those trees....and the 'mauve carpets' you must have too...that's as lovely as the blossoms on the trees.
