A lesson in hand piecing......

While Jindi was here she taught me to hand piece........I enjoyed it to...... Now to finish the block.......

Well done, but I can't imagine doing that, give me a machine any day. Maybe one day when I am retired instead of tired!

hand piecing has its place- just like hand appliquing - and even hand stitching binding - but so do machines - its all about being right for the project and the time & person......

Good on you. I love handpiecing. Lots of pins and accuracy equal great blocks. Enjoy.

That's the method I use for most of my piecing. So accurate as long as those dots match!
