my sewing to do list had to get broken down into more steps in each
project so i could see I had progress...........
eg Lucy Bostons blocks trace, cut. glue, stitch
everything traced, cut and glued for 3 blocks except for 8 pieces..........pretty good going........
the poddy lambs are looking all naked............they got shorn last week...........
they love coming to the chookshed...........the jump up on the deck and slobber on the glass doors............they try and come in too when I have the door open.........they love a rub......
ok got to go shower and stitch............
thoroughly enjoy the cooler days........

Go girl xx
I had to laugh, when I first saw the title of your blog post, I thought it said naked sleep..., but it is sheep!!
I do miss having orphan lambs... There seems to be lots of paper piecing happening around blog land and facebook, great progress you are making... happy for you that you have some cooler weather xxx
Those little poddys are adorable!
So cute...except for the slobber on the glass....
Love those Lucy Boston blocks. And it's amazing how the change in weather can bring out a smile. You're happy for some coolness and we're all looking forward to a week of promised sunshine that will result in melting some of this snow!
I do that too. Nothing would get done if I didn't have lists of small steps! Cute visitors.
i have month three finished and have month four all glued ready for night duty stitching..... i break it all down in small steps as well......
Mmmm maybe I should do a list too and see what I've got! Great idea!
Loving the colour choices for this Lucy Boston quilt. It looks lovely
So good to see you back on track. What a difference some cooler weather makes.
Great you are getting some cooler weather! Your work area looks deliciously busy!
Good idea to break down the projects to each step... it's easy to forget that fabric prep, marking, cutting, basting & etc are valuable stages in themselves...
Just look at that dear face.....
It seems that if we are not actually 'sewing' we don't feel like we are making progress, but he other steps are just as important.. Love you naked sheep! I bet they were glad to get that wooly fleece off.
good idea with breaking down the list.. .much less daunting to have smaller workable 'to do's'???? sweet lambs... in this heat they are probably relieved...

I also see some gorgeous stitched hexie's to the left of the top photo?
How fun to have the sheep come for a visit. But, silly girl ... they aren't coming for a rub. They're NAKED. They want you to make them a QUILT!!!!
