About the SSCS.................
I will be checking if you are blogging this year and if not you won't be in............I know lots of you rarely blog and lots of you are great bloggers............this year it will be the deciding factor if your in or out...............the dark side does not count in the SSCS Swap...........once a month is what you need to do as a minimum so it's not much 2 posts would be great........but you can't expect to join a swap and have someone make a present for you and you have not blogged for months...................
Oh and if your not sure the SSCS = Secret Santa Christmas Swap.........

I love your swap and look forward to it. I'm dropping other swaps though as they require too many items...I don't mind makingva heap of stuff but the fact is, that at my time of life, I don't need a heap of stuff being given to me as I already have list! I like your idea of an ornament and just 1 item that must entail a fair bit of effort.

Hi Chooky, this is an issue on a lot of peoples minds, I suspect... but that no one writes/talks about openly & honestly.
It's definitely hard to make for someone who doesn't blog regularly, so I thank you for declaring that SSCS girls need to be doing that.
If the person is not bothering with blogging but is on IG or FB more, what REALLY is the reason of wanting to do a blog-based swap?
In my mind , I see swaps as being the exchanging of skills, time, thought & effort... not just the chance to see how many swaps I have my name down for.
Hi Chooky. I haven't been able to take part before but would love to this year....does that rule me out??? I blog at least a couple of times a week x
I can't wait to participe once again!!!! I began blogging 24th of august in 2010 because I wanted to participe the SSCS.
Now 5 years later I'm still blogging, not as often as I want, because the things in live that happen, but I'll keep on blogging for the lovely and kind readers that I have.

You are very right. It's very difficult to do something to someone who we don't know and say or post nothing in her blog. I've been a good blogger ( I think) and I wope don't misse SSCS this year. Hugs. :)

I totally agree. It's so hard to make for those who don't have a blog or blog once a year..... Well I can hardly talk lol. Going to see if I can sort the iPad out for blogging, then I can do it in my lunchtimes. Fingers crossed... Famous last words haha
