BX shopping and swaps..........

Just a post to finish up Bathurst which was weeks ago now.........where is the time disappearing.............
We started off with a table full of gorgeous gifts and fun foils...........
you get tickets for all kinds of reasons...........fun, silly, kind, cheeky.........whatever makes us laugh.........then tickets get drawn out...........I won 2 prizes..........
some lovely fat quarters..........
some grey 10"squares........
The gorgeous Anni Downs herself arrived at the right time to hand out the Make it, Bake it, Fake it Swap...............
I got this parcel from Carol @ Cherry Pie Designs.....thanks Carol......
And I made this pincushion and Fiona @ Dragonfly Sewing got this and some other little bits of goodies.........
I can't remember if it is 1 1/2" hexie but I think so............it's quite big and used 3 cups of walnut shells.............
onto the shopping.............remember I got this pattern for the Metro Rings using the QCR Quick Curve Ruler..........
I had the greys on the left and a small jelly roll of the brights down the right.........
the rest of the fabrics I got at The Home Patch........it's going to be very bright........
now the days are getting longer I hope to get into the Chookshed before dark...........but there is no rain forecast for the next week or so and we are sooooooooooo far behind in farm work we'll have to see what happens...............
I got this bundle of fussy fabrics from Cherry Pie Designs...........more about them in the next post...............
Catch you later.......

You did well in the swaps as all the goodies you scored look lovely. The hexie pin cushion you made looks great too; I love a big pin cushion as little ones tend to disappear on the table ;)! xx
