10 mins in a sauna?????

no pics.........I missed getting into the Chookshed this morning cleaning up from the dust..........when I went in this arvo it was 40deg in the Chookshed......the air was so still in there I set my timer for 10 mins and got it done and out of there ASAP before I melted........suppose it could be good for weightloss?????
Never been in a sauna before......

I don't know how you do it. I cannot function in the heat. The funny thing is I do love a good wood fired sauna. My best friend growing up was Finnish and we used to go in her grandfather's sauna for 20 minutes and then jump in the cold pond. I'm not sure I could do that today! I wish I could send you some of our snow!

I always thought of saunas as moist and hot - not much dust, but perhaps there’s a dry sauna solution to try? We’re freezing our bums off up here.. but as it started to snow this afternoon, I guess milder (haha) temperatures are coming.

I could not manage in that heat either!! Sauna is good for cleansing the system!!

Just as well you did not commit to an hour in the chookshed each day! Good on you for doing 10 minutes, and sorry to hear about all the dust, it gets into everything.

Very impressive. No aircon in there? 40 degrees is way too hot (not as hot as my wedding day - 45 degrees.lol)

Doesn't sound very pleasant! I thought you had air con in there....if not you need it lol
