OK before Ruby Red Lips I pulled out what you called the Mystery box on the list..........Another Nundle retreat quilt..........this time only 2012......only 5 years old...............
white and bright this one.............three rows were joined in strips.............row 2 a work in progress............
Pattern is Hanky Panky by Abbey Lane
it's got lots of bias happening..........Oh my lordy beeeeeee............took longer for all the pinning.............
Clearly I had plans to add borders and compared to the older quilt I actually scribbled some notes down on paper..........
What do you think?????
Left or right............just bind with the green or add the borders on the right.............with the green binding..............
As is it is 60x72in........
Also I need to add some squares on the white patches but not sure if I will add them now or after quilting........Mine will be lots of he same fabrics in the blocks......I'm not adding the squares that are supposed to go in the centre of the blocks.........I love the big print blocks.............
OK must head to bed...........back to reality tomorrow but I sure have enjoyed my "nothing time"..........Gail calls it un time.......I call it nothing time as I want to do nothing for anyone...........have nothing planned..........do what I want, nanna nap if I want etc............easy time.........
6 quilt tops in 5 days................never been so productive ever........ok back to reality..........
Catch you later......

Hi there, I like the larger border on the right. I think it frames it nicely. A very nice quilt, love the pattern and fabrics.
I love this one, Chook!
Yep - I like the border on the right too
Great effort Chooky
I like the border on the right...
Eine super Idee, mit dieser un Zeit!
Dir und deinen Lieben ein frohes neues Jahr!

HI! Happy New Year - Really like the option on the right. That small pink strip really makes it.
Love the one on the right. Those flowers in the border just kind of hold it all together.
Well done! 6 tops in 5 days! Amazing!!!
I like the borders on the right! You have finish so much during you "nothing time"!
What an amazing effort getting that much done! I prefer the wider border option on the right with the red bias but then perhaps using the green to bind that patterned outer border. Lovely work - really like this one!
Love the quilt. The border print looks lovely with it. Hugs,xx
I love the print for the border. But you deserve a rest after all that hard work, so what ever you decided will be fine! Well done on all your amazing quilting output.
Sweet blocks! Right side for me.
You got so much done over the break. Do love the border on this quilt
gorgeous... I like it without the border... I think the blocks show off.... I have to be different to other opinions don't I? either will look wonderful
Hugz
I remember when you started this one. I think the border on the right finishes it off nicely if you have enough fabric. I’m back to my grown up job today as well. Such is life.
personally i like them both...so yes border and yes green binding!
You have been soldiering on, well done! Does this mean you are back at work 5 days from now on.
I like it without the border, just the green binding.
WOW 6 tops in 5 days, amazing...
I love it you...right❤️❤️
I like the border, can you come start on my UFO boxes....
Oh my, I love this one Chooky!
Un-time is golden time... especially with the demanding life you have... grab it with both hands.
x
