Cattle work......

Or should I say yard work as we loaded all the panels here and built some portable yards at the other property........ We had to move these cows out of the paddock as they thought the truck had hay on it for them not yards panels....... One was caught up in some wire..... Not good.... But I managed to get her out......
Today mustering, weaning and sadly selling some..... To many mouths to feed and it won't rain....... More will need to go in a few weeks to......
I hope your sewing cause I sure won't be...... Can I say finally the temps have dropped and it is beautiful......
Catch you later...... Chookyblue......

I keep hoping that you'll have several years of rain in plenty instead of dry, dry, dry.
Thinning the herd cannot be easy.

On the up-side - I'm glad the temps have dropped for you however it must be heart breaking to see the cattle go. I love your photos of farm life. So far removed from mine. Really hope you get some rain soon. We need it also but you guys need it more.
