Dust Storm

I know that last post was a dust storm but this one is from Friday arvo
no warning at all...........no "areas of raised dust" forecast
See in the middle just above the trees.........that was the start of the dust storm........it goes almost all the way across the pic..............
18 mins later
the dark different purple down low is all dust..........it just had shadows on it.........
another 20 mins later

the power in this was amazing.............completely still before it hit...........
the aftermath.............
the bathroom window and door were open...........
even with the rest of the house closed it still seeps in everywhere............
this one is probably the second worst one I think............
we've had dust storms from every directions now during the drought......
Catch you later........
Chookyblue..........

We also have dust storms here in Arizona USA and they are frightening. And oh yes, that fine powder gets into every crack it can find. They can be hundreds of miles wide and thousands of feet high. Stay safe.

OMG is right. Are they a seasonal thing? Will they stop soon or will the drought mean that they continue?
