succulents flowering..........

this almost looks like a b&w pic highlighting the colour but this is just how the photo turned out.....rather cool I think..........

This is the succulent I had made into a card of a couple of posts back.............it has been developing this flower for weeks now........I didn't know it even flowered.............I think it is Aeonium arboreum var "Schwarzkorf".............hope you see this post Candace...........

I love succulents, and didn't know about the flowers either, and they are beautiful little surprises, aren't they. Your photography does them justice, they are just beautiful.

Hey Donna! The photos of your succulent came out wonderfully - love that dusty grey/green tone and the flower is a cute little surprise! Loved your old machine in the last post, too. I have one I rescued from a school auction, but unfortunately it's too far gone to get working again - makes a great spot for teddies to sit and watch the world though! Bear Hugs! Succulants are beautiful, aren't they? I used to think of them as second rate plants, but my perception of them is changing all the time. You have shown them beautifully here.

My succulents are blooming here too. I even had an aloe vera bloom last year! Your photos are lovely.
