I used to make daisy chains with these ones when I was in primary school............we used to have heaps on our oval..........
the little bees were so loaded with pollen.... see the orange on the legs......

I also remember the daisy chains, thought we called them 'wet the beds' We were always told if we picked and played with them we would wet the bed!!

Oooh pretty flowers! I still think it is pretty cool that we have opposite seasons- we're getting cool temeratures with lots of rain now, and there is already snow on top of some ofthe mountains....
I was reading all the comments thinking I was the only child who was told this when Sandra saved me."I also remember the daisy chains, thought we called them 'wet the beds' We were always told if we picked and played with them we would wet the bed!!" We called them "wet the beds" or dandelions.
