Lovely sunrise. I hardly ever get to see one, being the night owl that I am.

Hello Chookyblue,
I don't yet have the confidence to begin my own blog, but I always read yours, and after your photos and excited chatter about last years GDITC, I have arranged for me and mum to go this year. I am really looking forward to it, and especially to meeting you and other bloggers whose lives I follow. Maybe you could show me how to do this blogging at some time over the weekend if someone has a computer there?? Then I can join in the fun. I, like you, live on a farm. We have cattle near to the Clarence river in northern NSW. I have 2 school age children, and a huge passion for patchwork, quilting, stitchery, all the things you do. I look forward to meeting you and all your friends.Find me on Saturday at the workshop. My name is Sandy, and my Mum is Chris.

Hi Donna, I've been thinking about those books for ages but just haven't got around to it. Would you mind sending me the deal code. That might get me motivated to do it now. Thankyou. :0)

Love your sunrise picture and i dont see a sunrise ever - well hardly ever. I was at the GumNut Designers meet today and a few ladies were chatting about Nundle - its a small world in some way. Enjoy it and have oodles of fun - and I hope you get a lot done too!(And I have my hands on Tis the Season so even though I'm not in the SAL I just might have to stitch along with what seems like - the rest of the quilting world!

I ordered some blog books too. I only did the Stephen Adventures part. I didn't know they would have the sale...of course! So I paid full price for four books. Figures!! Oh well, I do love it and it is a nice keepsake.
