a long way to go...............

still can't do the big post............
this pic was taken last Thurs.........
Deep Blue Sea on the wall is 60x70in.............Blue Lanterns as I have called mine is supposed to finish 70x80in so this pic shows how much work i have to go.....
When I saw Anne Ida's first post on the 7th I had the top 3 rows done......I pulled my basket out last Thursday......added the next 2 rows and then got into the preping.............it's grown a bit since then but not heaps............

My pile of key fobs grew to...........I had a pile of stripes sewn but needed to put the metal on...........got that done on the weekend too..............

Oh, I'm loving your lanterns! The colours are just so warm and inviting. All progress is progress, and we're having fun with this project, and that's the most important part ;-)

Those key fobs are so fabulous looking!

Wow looks brilliant. Remember each block is one less. There doesnt have to be a deadline. Best to take time and be happy with the finish.

I love your cheerful key fobs. Keep stitching, keep stitching. I don't know if it was a good idea to compare the two quilts...it makes your task look huge, but it will be so satisfying seeing it gradually grow.
