Cards and lambs.....

Milly and Billy have grown heaps......
I think Milly is about 6 weeks and Billy 5 weeks.....
so good to have lots of green for them to munch away on.......
still giving them a little bit of milk.............
Milly kept knocking on the door with her foot.........she really wanted to come into the Chookshed...........
you realise they have grown heaps when this other baby walks past who is about 5 days old.............
Thankfully her Mum is with her.....sniffing her to make sure she is her baby...........
she is so tiny........one of twins..........
and I have some cards back in stock...........
I realised when sorting them I was missing some so good to have them back again..........
Hooked into some weeding today..........OMG the weeds are so out of control............
and my body is so sore for the bit i did.........
I have some milk thistles and marshmallow grass as tall as me.........
the chooks love it all........
Catch you later........
Chookyblue.........

i love seeing the little lambs... when im out riding we often pass paddocks with livestock.... lambs are my favourites... used to go to the cousins farm when i was a youngester for school holidays... shearing, docking, old fashion dipping, swimming in the dam... fast to avoid leeches lol

Lots of cute lambs around, but I feel sorry for them when it's cold and miserable.

Those little lambs are just so cute. Top marks for the weeding. Our front garden is out of control too. Thankfully not as tall as me.

I guess that's the problem when you get rain.....the grass in the paddocks grows...but so does everything else....

There's nothing so cute as a lamb. They always look so vulnerable when newborn. So good to see them when they get a bit if size about them.

They ARE sweet! We've gotten in the new Sturbridge panel from MODA and one of the pictures is a lamb. I've cut that one out to make a small sample for the store because, sadly, that's probably the only way I'll get a lamb! We do have cows, and have had goats in the past, and rabbits, and chickens, cats, dogs, etc. For some reason, hubby doesn't want sheep....????

Oh so cute... I like to see the photo with the quilt I made for the fire appeal in it. Its like I have always got it to look at when it is making someone else happy. Is it culy pops in the photo??

When it rains, the weeds take over. Ask me how I know? lol We have had lots of rain and I am glad that you have had rain too! My strawberry patch was inundated with clovers. The girls (chooks) love it when I weed, it's their favourite treat! Cheers!
