Oh dear! I don't envy whoever has to dig that one out. At least you had some decent weather to do the washing. My washing machine died on Monday and can't be fixed, so ours is mounting up until the new one arrives next Tuesday. Have fun playing in the chookshed.
Oh dear tell Mr Chooky hes a bit big for playing with his toys in the mud...LOL Glad I wasn't washing their clothes.. Enjoy some sewing time...
Hmm! That's bogged..... Always nice to have all the washing done ..
Have a wonderful weekend in the Chook Shed...
I often look at eggs and think the same thing....ouch!
Getting bogged is annoying but I guess the wet ground is still welcome. I hope the coming rain is spread where its needed and isnt a deluge!
I love polar fleece rugs. Both my girls big have them and drag them out for snuggling! :)
wow glad I am not a chook!
Hi Chooky ,wow is the tractor bogged,i went to a rodeo when i was about 15 and i love it,bet its quiet now all the kids friends have gone home.
Man that sure is a big egg,oh lucky boy that snuggly looks very cute and cuddly, hope you get some more time in the chookshed my friend and i hope your day is a good one. xx
Oh well looks like not today much sowing coming up....better down to the Chookshed and do some sewing!
such a busy woman Chooky. But isn't that the best way? I know the word 'boredom' is definitely not in my repertoire. I like seeing pics of this sowing too.
Geez! Well and truly stuck. Glad rain is falling out your way all the same. Sounds like a great weekend. Holy moly thats a huge egg! Poor chicken! Enjoy you chookshed time x

My goodness that is a very big egg!
Yeowwch! That has gotta hurt! My little funky chickens ( silky bantams) lay really small eggs but they had big yolks and they laid heaps. They were long livers too. Have a good brief time away.
Will have another go ....our girls sometimes lay big ones as well... That is also good sowing ....💖
not fun getting the tractor out I bet!
glad you have had some wet weather though...
enjoy your time in the chook shed!
Oh not good... I hope it got out of that bog without any damage!
ha ha about the double-yoker... so yummy.
oops ps: also meant to say I love your new blog header
Yikes! Getting that tractor out of the mud can't be easy! Have fun away -- and then in the shed!
ha, ha, its been a long time since I saw a good photo of a bogged tractor. The thing is that Dad was always major cheesed off when something was bogged, but as kids we were super excited - no idea why, when I think about it now! So how is hubby taking the major inconvenience??
More rain here too, but slow and steady at regular intervals, you can feel the mood lift down the main street, the optimism is returning!
My goodnessthat tractor is bogged!!! Hope you got it out ok. Good to see the rain happening for you though. Beautiful sunset...ep that egg would hurt!!!😦 lovely soft cuddly fabric.
Rain is good! You have lots of catching up to do when it comes to rain! I love chooks! Sadly we may have to get rid of ours. We lost our battle in court because the court will side with the village despite the law being vague! Oh well, I'm tired of the drama ... I'll just live vicariously through your chooks! Catch you later! Cheers!
Oh no!! Least that means you have had really good rain. As they say... there is money in mud but no money in dust. Enjoy the wet weather.
