PIF's and pincushion's..........

Man have I been busy since I last saw you lot...............as you saw here and here we had a massive frosty morning yesterday morning..........I know compared to snow it is nothing but as I barely get 10 frosts a year it was a huge shock............but at day break I was down at my grandparents house with some of my family getting all the stuff out for a garage sale.................can I just say "have a clean out now" .....there was so much stuff...........oh course I did get some more treasures and I will show you some later...........but after a very big day I came home and the postman had left me this wonderful parcel.............well I though Sharon Red Geranium Cottage has sent me my "Pay it Forward" - PIF..........yes well I was sort of right but Sharon was also making for me in Linda's Pincushion Swap which I didn't know so I got all these goodies.............

Some very cute little sticky notes, lollies, Mary Engelbreit cards........not sure how she parted with them..........unless she is trying to spread her addiction of Mary.........lol...........

Here is my PIF.........a mini quilt..........my first..........I will get a hanger onto it so I can put it up on my wall..............

And finally here are the pincushions..........yeh she is so good she made me 2 pincushions..........I am so lucky.........

Thanks heaps Sharon I love all my goodies............so spoilt.......

.....and thanks to Linda for organising the swap.............very successful.............

Take care til next time................Chookyblue............

PS where is everyone...........blogland is pretty quite

Hey Donna! Wow! I'm really going to have a word to my postie - everyone else in blogland gets such yummy mail and I get junk mail and bills!! Ripped off!! Love the aqua and choc mini quilt. Yep, frosts here in Toowoomba in the last week too - nasty cold! Can't wait for summer!! I agree with Helz, lots of bloggers have their heads down and tailfeathers up trying to finish their five for Peg's challenge - don't think I have a hope, but trying hard! Bear Hugs! Hi Chook, I'm here . . . love your goodies. It's actually a nice day here today. School goes back today and I have to have a day off because my Callum is sick. I feel a bit guilty as it's actually my birthday too, but we're off to the doc at 10.20, so I guess it's all above board. Happy days.
