mountains, waterfalls and onto the ocean..............

Following on from my Cottage on the Hill post after we left Nundle we headed up over the mountains................
I've never been up to Hanging Rock up the top of Nundle...............but wow it is beautiful..........
and the road up was not too bad either so i would do it again.................
we drove thru lost of Forests..........
stopped a few times to take some pics..........
we don't get big tall trees like this at home................or hills for that matter...........
Apsley Falls was the next stop................
amazing gorges.............
I love watching waterfalls..................
moss growing on a stick.............
Then onto the beach...........you can see how much I love the beach.............
I went for a walk along the beach..............up on the grassey area...........
spectacular views............
nice to visit but so much nicer to be at home..............
Seaweed.......such a weird thing...........
Catch you later

gorgeous ocean vistas.....gives us a respite from the big snow piles here...LOL...i am guessing the water is warm, not like our new england ocean temps...which right now are about 35F....
