Love echidnas...can sit and watch them for ages...love how they can't help themselves, they get so curious and have to uncurl and check out who is watching them!

An old indigenous man once told me if these guys are on the move it means rain?? I also know if you run over one say goodbye to your tyres.

Wow! What a find! I have not heard of an echidna so I googled it. It looks like a porcupine to me. I have always been intrigued with the unique animals of Australia and Africa.
