Willy Wagtails are very zoom zoom let me tell you........
those birds never sit still..........here are my babies a few days ago..........
one teenagerran flew away from home on Saturday morning and the other one looks like it ready to think about that today..........

The weekend was freezing........true winter weather almost for us.........I did think about lighting the fire but held off.........it has been a super mild November we will get a shock when it heats up which is looking like Saturday.......its having a negative effect on harvest as they need the heat to bring the crops in..........and it's been a pretty wet harvest and more rain forecast next week.........
Now onto other important stuff..........time to catch up is well and truly due.........
This Saturday/Friday...............I'm thinking a BIG day.........like a marathon.....but really that is days away and things change all the time here as you know........so start early.........

Yay looking forward to zoom stitching. :). I cam upon a wagtail in a tree down the next block & it was sounding quite upset. As i got closer another bird flew out with the wagtail chasing. When it came back i tried to see if there was a nest but if there was it was well hidden. I'm guessing there was one by the way the wagtail was acting & chasing off the bigger bird. Hugs, xx

The stormy sky is something I enjoy, but from the sound of things, it is not what you need!

Your November sounds like ours; the weather's been all over the place. Cute little birds.... I'm hoping I can join in on Saturday - doing the Ganma thing Saturday morning but should be ok to put my feet up and zoom in the afternoon!
awww damn! I can't this weekend, my sewing room has been dismantled (as has the rest of the house, looking a bit like a bomb site) as we are getting new carpet on Monday...stuff is stuffed in every conceivable place and I couldn't lay my hands on anything even if I wanted to....hope its not too hot for your sewing, enjoy everyone that makes it! see you at the next fingers crossed!

Hi Chooky. Can't make this one. I'm off on retreat so I'll sew along in spirit. Reception isn't very good where we go but will pop in and say hello if I can. Have a great time.
I'm in ... although I work from 4 to midnight. Fridays are super busy so I may not be able to log in at 2 pm but will catch you all later. Will make it a point to turn off my work computer at midnight! ;o)

sweet nested babies. It amazes me how quickly most birds go from baby to adult looking. We raised pigeons for a few years.
