actually sewing........

Finally I actually did something.........I got all these little babies ironed open............
Its all I did Friday and make this one block below..........
Huge effort for the day.........NOT........
Saturday I really felt like some company........but I talk and I cough.......vicious circle......well I cough anyway but I cough more.............
I sent out the zoom link for those who could join........but you had to do all the talking.........
I am very happy to say you did well keeping the conversation going without me saying much..........
most of the time I spent on mute........and I used my machine to sew more Churn Dash blocks and prep some triangles..........
I'll try be more organised for the next zoom..........and I am sure a long day is due just got to work out when I can do that.............
Thankyou so much the company was so nice to have...........this last week I've barely talked to anyone cause it's just to hard.......back to work Monday.........see how I go..........
I got these 4 blocks done.........a little brighter in real life......
Sunset last night...........5 mins apart........love how the colours change..........
Have a great Sunday........
Catch you later.........
Chookyblue........

Hope your recovery speeds up & going back to work doesn't set you back. Love those churn dash blocks & I've just posted what I did for mine, even though I've not really joined in. I looked at my email too late to join in the Zoom session. Not the best with techy stuff, but I'll hopefully join in one day. Take care & hugs.

It was a great wee session on the weekend and I was glad that I was able to join in for a while. I made some progress on Lucy. Your blocks look lovely. It's nearly time to start putting everything together.
Hope you continue to improve. Look after yourself.

Gosh it's taking forever for you to recover. The Churn Dash blocks are lovely and you're well on the way to loads more being done. Wish I could have joined the chat - had Thea and Hugo staying over for the weekend.

Your churn dash blocks look so good. Some familiar fabrics i9n a couple of those blocks.
Oh, those sunset photos take my breath away! And I often do the same thing--take photos a few minutes apart as the color changes. :)

I am sorry you are still under the weather!! I hope your energy comes back soon. Energy and a cough were the lingering symptoms of having COVID this past January. The energy level is much better but the cough not so much!! Love your charms and white quilt!! The simplicity is always a favorite of mine!! Good job on your lovely CD blocks!!And those sunset pictures - wow!!
