hand stitching.....

The other day the sky was looking pretty.........this is over some of the barley crop and then the clouds..........makes my heart sing.........
the advantage of being up early zoom sewing in the shed I got to watch the sunrise over the silo's.........
So what did I sew this time.........I worked on Blue Lanterns again.........
joined these 5 onto the side of the top........
started to join the section below to add to the top right side.........
Everytime I go onto zoom sewing I get very excited to see who i'm going to catch up with....
Its just a wonderful.....very easy conversation.........everyone working away and it's amazing what everyone achieves.........the only upside of Covid19 I can see we thought to try zoom sewing.....clearly i'm not the only one of us that needs this time to connect with like minded people.......
Below is a list of the girls who joined in this time..........a few of you have asked for the blog names etc so here it is.......its great to see you getting around and checking out the girls who are new to you and leaving comments and connecting after the sewing sessions..........
And I just have to do a little squeal of excitement when a couple of you have blogged again......after a big break.....its great to see what you have been sewing.......

Your blue lanterns are coming along really well. Zooming with you has been wonderful, it has been great meeting all the different bloggers. Nice to see the sunrise at yours and also to see green outside.

I am loving those blue lanterns...might have to put that one on my wish list - yes it is long, didn't say I was going to actually make it, ha ha ha. The Zoom was the best...thanks for putting up the list, the only new to me person I'd found so far was Deanna...perfect weather here for checking out the others...gloomy and cold!...

Thank you so much for the links to everyone's blogs. I have enjoyed reading them this evening.
The clouds and all of the green contrast is so beautiful. I am betting that is right there where you live - love it! Are those your silos? There are several.

I just love seeing all of your English paper piecing projects. It is the one thing that I don't enjoy doing - too slow I guess. It is beautiful though!

I am enjoying seeing your Blue Lanterns being pieced. I really love the design and your colours. Good having someone to stitch with even if it is in zoom land.

Everybody is saying how much they enjoyed zooming with you again - and I missed your birthday! As it happened we had a big electrical storm here that night so my computer was off and unplugged! Sadly very little rain though. Stay safe and warm. xx

You were productive. Zoom get together are such fun as you say, a nice hang to have started due to COVID. It’s been great to meet some new bloggers and aren’t they all so nice.

Love seeing your progress on this lovely quilt. I so enjoyed the short visit on your Zoom meeting. I ended up away from home so couldn`t return. Happy Stitching.
