lol!!1 How many of us have done that - whether by choice or wrangled into a job on your way in or out in the car!! Pity those clouds aren't rain clouds!!

We care, but we tend to send quilts when we want to help. A quilt wont solve your lack of rain. Sorry the pollies are all hard nosed, pocket pinchers, I know it doesn't help, but happy to stay and listen.

I too will keep reading your blog. Reminds me of a time years ago when I lived in Orange and had people from Sydney come and stay for a few days. They were TOTALLY amazed that there was civilised life west of the Great Dividing Range... they raved on about how it was awesome that a road was carved thru the mountain to access the west... makes you wonder what some city folk really do know about farmers!

would gladly send you our 6-12 inches of snow coming tomorrow if i could....neither extreme is pleasant...we all just do what we can every day....best thing to do is find and enjoy the good times in the bad ones...
