holidays away, quiet weekend at home.visitors, working, sewing?
just about all of mine was spent in the Chookshed........
sewing, tidying,preparing stuff, just hanging out.........
back there again today.......

It's nice to read you have had some down time for yourself and sharing it with Fairy Girl - you will be caught with your NJ blocks before you know it!!
Sounds like the perfect weekend! You made great progress from what is in the photo :-)...looking good! My weekend featured family visiting for 'sleepovers' and crocheting...oh and cooking vast quantities of food to try to fill up the 'grazier, future son on law'...boy can that man eat! Lol
Dennis and I spent a quiet day, late day meal and some stitching for me.WE enjoyed watching Charlie Chan DVDs.

Great catch up! Keep this up and you'll be bang on up to date by the end of April. My weekend was a bit flat. Eyes so blurry I couldn't focus to sew much and it was too cold and wet to get into the garden. Girls came over yesterday ... happy day! Now... stop reading and get stitching! ...lol...

Sounds like a lovely long weekend! I did some sewing on Friday...went to a wedding on Saturday and a drive to the Highlands on Mondya. Lovely.

Well we did a little Spring clean up on Saturday out of doors....then church on Sunday and a restful afternoon, no egg hunts for us as the wee ones have out grown it...then Daughter had to work Sunday after church so no meal together either........probably for the best as it was the first holiday since....

Glad you had a extra long weekend sewing, especially now the weather is cooler. Did you get enough rain? We have had a little big, fine for my garden, but bit early and insignificant for the farmers here.

blocks are looking great Chooky. Not much sewing time for me over Easter - had DD1 and 2 grandchildren staying, but was lovely to spend time with them
