Patty Cake for the Pincushion Swap

This is the pincushion I have made for my swap partner Robin in New York.....I joined the swap that Angela organised over at the Country Cellar just have to get Monique's needlecase completed............the mail deadline was today but I will just be a day or 2 late.........
Bit fiddly to make and I hope Robin likes it.............she says she has a collection of pincushions about 80, lucky for me she has no patty cakes......what do you think...........
........take care..........
Added......this patty cake can be ordered here (trio of cupcakes down bottom of form) as I got it at the craft fair in a little kit and found there site if anyone is interested......

That's a very cute pincushion, I'm sure your partner will really enjoy using it often. Must have taken a while to make it. I love the polka dots.

Very cute but it does look too darn fiddly for me. Very clever girl. I'm sure she will love it. Now we want to see the needlecase.
Sorry a little impatient......

I love your pincushion! It's so cute! I like to make pincushions too. It feels good to make something that I actually can use, something that is not just decorative but usefull as well.

That will make a great addition to any pincushion collection! Live the rick-rack (spelling?) on the edges.

Waay too fiddly for me, I'd probably set a whole quilt together quicker than making that. But it's very cute, and low calorie to boot.
