Fairy Girls top..........

I know I hope your sitting down...............2 starts and finishes in 2 days...........wonders will never cease.....I finished this one last night......but I couldn't show you til now as I had to wait for the model to wake up..............looks much better on Fairy Girl then a coat hanger..........
McCalls pattern 5419. Top A ............this one is lovely..............much more space around the body.......
.....the 12mm binding was a challenge for the straps..............I had to keep a constant pressure feeding it thru as the machine wanted to eat it a few times.................so fiddly...........and I used tiny applique pins to hold it down which was easier then then big ones.............I do like the shoulder straps on the other one though then the ties on this one so may use this pattern and do the shoulders the other style like the dress in the last post............
Catch you later..............

Hello Donna,

Love the material for this top. Both outfits are just perfect for the Summer. Maybe if you spray a bit of Crisp on the binding it may help a bit. I know it is a tricky thing to sew lots of concentrating. Happy sewing.
